Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we do! Please note that any customs fees or import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

How long will it take to ship?

Made To Order:

Our products are made just for you when you place an order, so it takes a tad longer to reach you. Normally, we need 2 to 5 days to fulfill your orders.

We're all about avoiding unnecessary production. We really appreciate you for making thoughtful choices when you shop!

Delivery Times:

We print and package our products in the USA. Hence, delivery in the USA typically takes about 1 to 3 days.

International Shipping

For international delivery (rest of the world), it will typically take about 4 to 6 days.

During busy times, such as Christmas, please allow a couple of extra days.

How will my order be shipped?

We ship via USPS for USA orders and DHL for international deliveries, providing tracking on all shipments so you can keep an eye on your package every step of the way!

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Please note that we ship and package our orders from the US. Thus, shipping rates will vary internationally.

For USA Orders:

Spend over $50 per order and we’ll cover your shipping for you!

My order has not arrived. What do I do?

Don’t worry, we record and track every parcel we send.

If your order seems to be taking longer than expected, we totally understand the worry!

First, double-check the shipping address and tracking info. If it's been more than [your estimated time of arrival + buffer of 7 business days] and still no sign, please reach out to us via email or message us on Instagram.

We'll do our best to help track it down or send a replacement if needed!

When will I know when my order is shipped?

Once you place your order, we’ll pop into your inbox to say thanks and let you know we’re getting it ready.

When your order ships, we’ll send you another email with all the details so you can track its journey to you.

What if my order fails to deliver?

On rare occasions, orders may fail to deliver (e.g. wrong delivery address, lost in transit). If this happens, please contact us so we can help — we’ll either send a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on the situation.

Please note that we will not cover failed deliveries if we aren’t notified within 30 days of the shipping date.

What happens if my order is returned to sender?

If your order is returned to sender for any reason, please let us know right away. Since we work with an external production partner and cannot accept returns, we’ll issue you a refund.

After that, you’re welcome to place a new order whenever you like.
