Can we customize our prints?
Yes, you can! In fact, we provide FREE size and color changes on any of our current designs (Up to 2 designs at a time).
However, please contact us or DM us on Instagram or Etsy if this interests you, before making a purchase.
Are all your prints digital?
All our print designs are available in both digital and physical formats.
If you're unable to find your preferred format for a print, please don't hesitate to reach out to us!
What is the best way to print digital files?
There are 3 ways you can print:
1. Print your digital print file using your own printer.
2. Send (or bring) your digital print files to Staples, Target, or any other similar store.
3. Upload and print at an online printing website (e.g. Snapfish.com, Shutterfly.com, mpix.com, bayphoto.com.)
PLEASE NOTE:
1. For better quality and better-looking art print, use matte, satin, or heavier-weight paper.
2. Colors may vary slightly from screen to screen and printer. Consequently, your printed digital file may appear different than on your computer screen.
3. Our image files do not work well with standard inkjet printers. To achieve the best quality for your printed art, use a laser jet printer. The quality ultimately depends on the printer and paper used.
Are returns/exchanges allowed after purchase?
Due to the nature of our production process, we're unable to process returns or exchanges of your orders.
If you're unsatisfied with your order or face any delivery issues, please don't hesitate to reach to us. A full refund or swift replacement of your order is definitely possible!
Are cancellations allowed for digital orders?
We normally do not allow cancellations or refunds for digital orders due to your immediate access to the download links after purchase.
However, if you're unsatisfied with your order, we're more than happy to work on a solution for you. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us!
