Made To Order:

Our products are made just for you when you place an order, so it takes a tad longer to reach you. Normally, we need 2 to 5 days to ship your orders.

Delivery Times:

We print and package our products in the USA. Hence, delivery in the USA typically takes about 1 to 3 days.

For US orders above $50, we will cover your shipping for you!

International Shipping

For international delivery (rest of the world), it will typically take about 4 to 6 days.

1. What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

We do our best to ensure quality, sturdy packaging so that damaged orders are a rare thing. But in the event that it happens to you, please reach out to us right away with photo proof of the damage and your order details.

We’re only able to offer replacements or refunds for damaged orders within 14 days of delivery — so please reach out as soon as possible if there’s an issue!

2. My order hasn’t arrived — what should I do?

If your order seems to be taking longer than expected, we totally understand the worry!

First, double-check the shipping address and tracking info. If it's been more than [your estimated time of arrival + buffer of 7 business days] and still no sign, please reach out to us via email or message us on Etsy/Instagram.

We'll do our best to help track it down or send a replacement if needed!

Returns/Exchanges

Due to the nature of our production process, we're unable to process returns or exchanges of your orders. Hence, all sales are final.

If you're unsatisfied with your order or face any delivery issues, just reach out — we’re happy to help!

Cancellations

Cancellations are allowed — but only within the first 24 hours of placing your order.

We accept payment via Mastercard and Visa Credit/Debit Card, Google Pay, Apple Pay or Paypal.

We offer FREE size or color edits on up to TWO designs at a time.

If you’re after something more custom, we may be able to help — just note that additional requests will include extra fees, which we’ll quote privately based on what you need.
