Cancellations or refunds for digital orders are generally not allowed due to your immediate access to the download links after purchase.

Cancellations for physical orders are allowed only within 24 hours after placing your order.

How to print digital files?

There are 3 ways you can print:

1. Print your digital print file using your own printer.
2. Send (or bring) your digital print files to Staples, Target, or any other similar store.
3. Upload and print at an online printing website (e.g. Snapfish.com, Shutterfly.com, mpix.com, bayphoto.com.)

PLEASE NOTE:

1. For better quality and better-looking art print, use matte, satin, or heavier-weight paper.

2. Colors may vary slightly from screen to screen and printer. Consequently, your printed digital file may appear different than on your computer screen.
