- USA: You can expect delivery in 3–5 business days after it ships.
- International: Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on your location.

Returns/Refunds
Do you allow returns or exchanges?
Every order is made especially for you, so we're unable to accept returns or exchanges. If there's a problem with your order, though, we're here to help! Simply send us a message here and we'll do our best to make things right with a replacement or refund.
What if my items are damaged or defective?
While most orders arrive safely, shipping mishaps can occasionally happen.
If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of delivery (or expected delivery), and we'll do our best to make things right.
When can I expect my refund?
If a replacement isn't the right fit or you'd prefer a refund, no worries! We'll process it within 1–2 business days. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 1–2 weeks for the funds to appear in your account.
If you'd rather shop with us again later, we're also happy to issue your refund as store credits for a future purchase.
Custom Service
Can I request for custom changes?
Yes! However, since we're a small team, we have to limit requests to simple customizations such as removing elements, adjusting colors, resizing artwork, and other minor changes for a reasonable additional fee.
Just drop us a request here and we'll be happy to discuss your ideas. The best part? Your artwork will be uniquely yours (one of one).
Are custom changes pricey?
Pricing depends on the number of changes you'd like, but most minor customizations will cost an additional $30 or less. Plus, you'll receive a unique, personalized piece of original artwork that's yours and yours alone.

Are discount codes stackable?
In most cases, only one discount code can be used per order and cannot be combined with other promotions, unless otherwise clearly stated.

No worries, we've got you. Simply make a request here to save your $25 monthly membership as store credits and redeem it whenever you're ready. Your credits never expire.
What can I use my store credits for?
Store credits are perfect for busy seasons or peak gifting periods. Redeem them at checkout whenever you're ready. There's no limit to what you can use them on across our store.
To access your store credits, you'll need a Sugar & Spize account. Your credits never expire, so whether you skip one month or several, they'll continue to build up until you're ready to use them.
